Make room for a Makeover!!!!!

Who doesn't love a good makeover? There are as many different kinds of makeovers as there are things that are simply not living up to their true potential. From life makeovers to style ones, it's all about optimizing what you've got! Today we are going to address the issue of the makeover of two poor little end tables. Every so often, as you go about your life, you stumble upon pieces of furniture so ugly that only a blind man could love them. In our case, we found these poor fellows.








Yes, they were even more painful to look at in person. From their horrible color scheme and uneven spray paint job to their fake antique gold hardware, they sat there at a garage sale practically begging for someone to put them out of their misery. As they were selling themselves short for only $4 each, we decided to take pity on them and see what we could do. It took several hours of sanding (next time I am renting the circular sander at the BEGINNING of the project)and priming and painting, as well as some new jewelry, but we are quite proud of our "brand new" little guys!











Doesn't it look so happy in our apartment?! I think we can call this makeover a success!
